• Provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to install approximately ten miles of chain link perimeter fence constructed to Homeland Security Specifications including clearing and construction of gravel access roads through woodlands and adjacent wetlands, navigation of environmental issues, attention to airfield operations procedures (including FOD Program) and base concerns to address project’s “high-visibility” parameters

Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection Measures

• Construction of New England Fieldstone walls, 5000 lbs Boulder Barricades, Steel and Wooden Guardrail Systems, Granite Posts, Chain Link Fences and Steel Bar Entrance Gates

Installation of Perimeter Fencing

• Removal and replacement of existing perimeter fence line, clearing of heavy vegetation and installation of new perimeter fence line and boring of large amounts of ledge for the installation of fence posts
